Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery to countries outside Australia is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Fee Description

Orders of 89.99 AUD or more, including 89.99 AUD, qualify for free delivery. Orders below 89.99 AUD are charged a flat shipping fee of 7.99 AUD.

All product prices include applicable taxes, and no additional taxes are charged at checkout.

3. Order Cut Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 Australia/Sydney time are counted from the same day for processing. Orders placed after 18:00 will be counted from the next day. If the processing start date falls on a rest day, processing will begin on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After order confirmation, we will process and prepare the shipment. The processing time is 2 to 3 business days.

5. Transit Timeframe

The estimated total transit timeframe is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

6. Shipping Carriers

We may use one or more of the following carriers depending on delivery needs: DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

7. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking information will be provided. You can use the tracking number to follow the shipment status.

8. Responsibility Statement

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the estimated timeframes. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions and carrier operational arrangements. If the shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, the resulting delivery issues are the responsibility of the recipient.

9. Delivery And Signature Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage or abnormalities, please take photos and report it to the carrier at the time of delivery. If an issue is found after delivery, please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
